Most of my friends have not read this gem, I guess because well it’s the autobiography of DMX…which for me was the main reason I decided to check it out. The book is fantastic, DMX is such a cool ass dude man. DMX has always been a favorite of mine, even when I was younger I recall really enjoying his music. I love how dark and cold it is, but yet so widely accepted by people of the full racial and age gamut. I am kinda too tired to get into the main details of why this book is so awesome, but let me list a few of the themes in the book:

  1. Sex
  2. Drugs
  3. Music
  4. Dogs
  5. Bitches
  6. An asshole for a mother
  7. No real father figure
  8. Jail time
  9. Funny Shit
  10. Swizz Beats
  11. Jay-Z
  12. Rooftop sex
  13. etc.
