2 years of Ink.
On Monday night Inked Magazine celebrated their 2nd year anniversary at Avenue and it was a pretty spectacular event. It was sponsored by Jack Daniels, so you know every scenester and “tattoed-mama” was out in full force. Ha, I had a drink or two, not too much, but just enough to “get right”…LOL. There was a dj, someone I had never heard of who played all the stuff that everyone knew, but not with any amount of talent that was noticeable…[i wont go into it, under the advice of a friend]
I invited some people, but for some reason none of them showed up and this is after confirming with me several times that they would actually be in attendance; this annoys me, but, lesson learned. I should have and from now on will probably stop extending these invites. Brian and Mar-Bar and Rachel showed up and that was cool since like they’re funny and shit and I like watching them drink, haha. They laugh and I like that. Eventually Nicholas showed up and that was cool seeing as I haven’t seen him in a long time and I know he has been doing some pretty awesome things in the world of photography; Congrats to Nick for that. Apparently Adrien Brody showed up at some point in the night, of course I didn’t know this since I was running around like a mad man, but that’s okay…actually I’m kinda sad I didn’t get to see him, I think he’s hella awesome. haha.
The night ended and I was too tired to go out to anywhere else to “party” so I went to Liz’s house to sleep. Yeah the end. The rest of the photos can be seen in this upcoming Issue of Inked and possibly a few in the following issue, not sure. I’ll let you guys know when I know something.
