Lastnight, according to GAWKER, Dash Snow died of a heroin overdose…geez. So sad, but I guess he went out the way he wanted to and lived his life the way he pleased… [ link to the story ]
Sighs, it really sucks for his daughter though, she’s so little..

I mean I know he was an artist and this and that, but dammit, when you have a fucking kid, you have to make some fucking changes in the way you live your life because someone else, with no control over anything is involved. His little girl, Secret, like, what do you say to her?
I wish this hadn’t happened. It makes me sad…
I hope he is at peace now..

meet Whitney.
Whitney and I are great friends, whenever we get together it’s literally non stop laughter. Haha. I love visiting her in Philly and just getting to hang out and not know anyone else except her. So nice. Well like in New York, I eat when I’m in Philly, oftentimes at this diner right around the corner from Whitney’s house. Haha. A very funny place with toothless waitresses and a boss that is even more disgruntled than the poorly treated staff. It’s always a good time.
This time I got a Reuben Sandwich, first time ever; I hate sauerkraut, a lot. I didn’t mind it on this sandwich though..sandwiches are good. Anyway, here are some pictures from that day; the pictures include one of my favorite photos of myself, ever. Thanks Whitney.

because my mouth was watering.

because sometimes people are just out of focus.

because that sandwich was what the doctor ordered.

because I like everything about this picture.

because sometimes cheap onion rings aren't that bad..

because that pickle was so juicy!

whitney liked the pickle too.

because the second half of the Reuben had more sauerkraut than I could stomach.

from the project titled "Ljus"
Hmm, I was sitting at my desk trying to recall how I cam across Johan’s work and I really can’t remember at all, which is odd since usually after about 5 minutes I can figure it out..anyway.. I love his work, a lot. I love the grainyness, and the misty look, the colors and sometimes the lack thereof. I don’t know what it is but for some reason I find myself drawn to his work…it’s honest, it’s there…if that makes any sense.. All of his projects are awesome. Such great work..
I can’t stop staring at it..I’ll post a few photos below from his site, which are you drawn to?

Chris moved into the apartment awhile ago. I like Chris, though he is a weirdo. Last night Chris got great news; I’m happy for him. A few weeks ago Chris accompanied me to a birthday party at which I was shooting pictures. We had a good time. Chris drank a lot before he got there and a decent amount while there. He is kinda gangsta, but not as much as I am, obviously. Here are some photos from our trip to the diner that is right around the corner.

because he let partying get the best of him.

meet Chris.

because a burger and fries was what the doctor ordered.

because I was hungry like the wolf.

after the burger and fries he was out like a light.

The Atlantic-Pacific stop, which has about 10 million visitors each day in Brooklyn, is being bought off by a major English bank. It would be called Barclay’s Center after the bank’s name (Barclays) which would give the MTA $200,000 for the next 20 years. This is the step the MTA is taking to deal with the budget problems they are going through which passes $1 billion.
Whatever the case may be, this shit is whack. A couple of years ago we had this huge surplus and now since people can’t run it right they have a huge deficit to deal with and have to sell out a station that the public uses to a bank in order to save their ass.
